The Journey! Leather Conference - Vision 20/20 2.0 - A Family Reunion is an invitation-only four day celebration of the beautiful diversity in the expression and exploration of the kinky actives and sexual fantasies of BIPoC.

The Registration Process

The Journey! Leather Conference - Vision 20/20 2.0 - A Family Reunion is open only to invited guests.

  • If you've received an invitation, please click on the Get Access Now button below, for your selected All-Access Pass. You will need the password provided to you to access the registration portal page.

  • If you have not received an invitation, please go to the Request for Invitation page. Upon approval you will be sent an invitation containing the password you will need to access the registration portal page.

Events hosted in the Social Suites and the Party Suite may be private, may be open to all attendees, or may require a separate ticket for participation.

Payment Options

  • Pay in Full at Registration
  • Pay a deposit of 20% plus Service Fee at Registration, then pay 25% of the balance on March 15, 2020, April 15, 2020, May 15, 2020 with the last payment being automatically charged on June 15, 2020.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 12, 2020

Due to the nature of the events that are offered by Sunrise Educational Events Development Services, Inc ("Event Owner"), we reserve the right to refuse/cancel any registration made by any person for any reason.

If Event Owner refuses and cancels a registration prior to the registration close date, a refund of the affected registrant’s payment, minus a 15% cancellation fee, will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the registration.

If Event Owner refuses and cancels a registration after the registration close date, no refund or other consideration shall be made.

Cancellation/Postponement due to novel coronavirus (COVID-19)

The Event Owner shall upon advisement of local, state, or federal government that there is a high risk that attendees of The Journey! Leather Conference may be exposed to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) at the event, and in collaboration with the host hotel, elect to cancel or postpone The Journey! Leather Conference.

  • If The Journey! Leather Conference is canceled, due to a high risk of novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) exposure at the event, the registration of all registrants, who have not already submitted a cancellation request, shall be cancelled and a Full Refund± shall be processed in accordance with the refund procedure.
  • If The Journey! Leather Conference is postponed, due to a high risk of novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) exposure at the event, the registration of all registrants, who have not already submitted a cancellation request, will be automatically transferred to the new date and registrants will be provided with information about the event's new date. Those registrants who will not be able to attend the event on the new date shall be provided a full credit to be used for a future event. No refunds will be provided to registrants who chooses cancel their registration due to this date change

Event Cancellation by Event Owner

The Event Owner reserves the right to cancel The Journey! Leather Conference due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or any other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

If the The Journey! Leather Conference Event is canceled, registrants will be offered a Full Refund±.

Postponement/Change of Venue by Event Owner

The Event Owner reserves the right to postpone or change the venue of The Journey! Leather Conference, due to inclement weather, natural disaster, or any other circumstances which would make the event venue unsafe for attendees.

If the host hotel advises the Event Owner that The Journey! Leather Conference cannot be held at the venue due any of the foregoing, the Event Owner shall comply with the host hotel's advisement and elect to either postpone or change the Event's venue.

1. Should a decision be made to change the venue of The Journey! Leather Conference, and the airport that is closest to the original event venue location is within 30 miles of the new event venue, the following terms will apply:

  • All registrations will be automatically transferred to the new venue and registrants will be provided with information about the location of the event's new venue. No refunds or credit will be provided to registrants who chooses cancel their registration due to this change of venue.

2. Should a decision be made to change the venue of The Journey! Leather Conference, and the airport that is closest to the original event venue location is not within 30 miles of the new event venue, the following terms will apply:

  • All registrations will be automatically transferred to the new venue and registrants will be provided with information about the event's new venue. The Journey! Leather Conference will make arreangements to provide discounted airport transfers to registrants who were scheduled to fly into the airport that is closest to the original venue. No refunds or credit will be provided to registrants who chooses cancel their registration due to this change of venue.

3. Should a decision be made to postpone the date of The Journey! Leather Conference, the following terms will apply:

  • Registrants will be provided with information about the event's new date, and will have the option to transfer their registration to the new event date, or receive a full credit for a future event.
    No refunds will be provided to registrants who chooses cancel their registration due to this date/venue change

The Event Owner will post its decision on the Event website, the Event FB Page, the Event Twitter Feed, and on the Event Instagram Page.

Registration Cancellation by Registrants

Any registrant may choose to cancel their registration at any time, for any reason by logging into the Registrant Account Center, with their email address and password. Cancellation requests must be received by the below stated deadlines in order to be eligible for a refund. All eligible refunds will be issued as a credit to the same method of payment that was used to purchase the registration.

These Cancellation & Refund policies apply to all events produced by the Event Owner and will be incorporated into the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.

±Refunds shall be processed and issued no sooner than 30 days following the event's closing date. All Ticketing Agent's Service Fees are Non-Refundable.
